Today is my first time seriously coming back to working out my fitness. It had been months since I have had the 'right' motivation to do it again, but it had been a tough few months as well. I was too tired to put in any effort to train and it's the last thing you will think of after a long day at work.
I just hope this will be the start of a good regime and healthy lifestyle. By the looks of it, I really need to trim off some excess fat and build up some muscle. Let's go and rip some flesh! Yeah!
